The group's principal activities are to provide voice and data networking services. The operations of the group are carried out through three segments: installation and services, commercial system and lodging system. The group sells avaya's definity(R) guestworkstm systems, hitachi's 5000(R) series digital communications systems and the nortel networks' product line to the hospitality industry under nationwide, non-exclusive dealer agreements. It also sells communication systems and software for commercial enterprises including voice over ip ("Voip"), call centers, customer relationship management, wireless, and messaging systems. Installation and service segment installs and maintains systems for customers in both the commercial and lodging segments. The registered trademarks are xeta, xetaxcel, xact, xpert, xpert+, xl, xpander and virtual xl. On 02-Aug-2004, the group acquired bluejack systems llc.
