Hosting services include Web site services, Web hosting services and server collocation and management and customer support services. Customer base of the group includes small and medium businesses to multi-location businesses, large enterprises and wholesale customers. During Jun 2002 the group filed for chapter 11 proceedings and emerged from such proceedings in jan 2003. During Jun 2004, the group acquired allegiance telecom inc.
