The group's principal activity is to provide medical care services. The group provides a full range of hospice services tailored to the individual needs of patients and their families. The services offered include pain and symptom management, emotional and spiritual support, radiation therapy, chemotherapy and infusion therapy, diagnostic testing. The other services include inpatient and respite care, physician visits, nursing care, personal care by home health aides, spiritual counseling, dietary counseling, physical, occupational and speech therapy, medical equipment and supplies and medications. The services are provided at the patient's home or other residence of choice. The group currently operates two inpatient facilities, a 12-bed, stand-alone facility in cincinnati, Ohio and a 8-bed hospital-based facility in albuquerque, New Mexico.
