The group's principal activity is to provide consumer and business banking services in Ohio and western Pennsylvania. The services include origination of mortgage loans on one- to four-family residential real estate, loans secured by nonresidential real estate, commercial loans and consumer loans, including home equity loans, education loans, loans secured by savings accounts, motor vehicles, boats and recreational vehicles and unsecured loans. Deposit services include savings account, checking accounts, certificate of deposits and other non-interest bearing deposits. Investment advisory services include investment brokerage services and a network of integrated financial services. At 31-Dec-2003, the group operated through 35 full-service banking branches and six loan production offices.
