The group's principal activities are contract drilling of onshore oil and natural gas wells and the exploration, development, acquisition and production of oil and natural gas properties. The group acquired serdrilco incorporated and its subsidiary and service drilling southwest llc on 08-Dec-2003, petrocorp incorporated on 02-Feb-2004 & sauer drilling company and superior pipe line company llc 02-Aug-2004.
