The products of the group control the flow, pressure, sequencing and mixing of specialty gases into and out of the process chambers of semiconductor manufacturing tools. The customer of the group mainly consists of original equipment manufacturers of semiconductor capital equipment such as applied materials, inc., novellus systems, inc. And lam research corporation. It operates solely in the domestic market.
