The group's principal activities are to provide non-medical management and administrative services for a network of 36 freestanding medical centers located in South Carolina and Tennessee. The medical services provided at the centers include outpatient medical care, routine care of general medicine problems, treatment of injuries, minor surgery, diagnostic tests and occupational and industrial medical services. The services are provided by licensed physicians, nurses and auxiliary support personnel. The services are also provided for members of health maintenance organizations.
