The group's principal activities are to design, manufacture and market equipment for the manufacturing and testing of semiconductor wafers, devices and other electronic components. The group operates in three business segments namely: manufacturing, testing services and distribution. The manufacturing segment tests the structural integrity of integrated circuits and other products. The testing services segment tests the semiconductor devices and other electronic components to meet the requirements of military, aerospace, industrial and commercial applications. The distribution segment distributes the various products from other manufacturers in Singapore and southeast Asia. The operating facilities are in the United States, Europe and southeast Asia.
