The group has two wholly owned subsidiaries: tri-valley oil and gas company, which deals with gas production and tri valley power corporation, which is an inactive subsidiary. The group operates in three segments: drilling and development, oil and gas production and precious metals. The group's products are sold in the northern California gas market.
