The group's principal activities are to provide full service commercial banking operation throughout southern Maryland through its subsidiary, community bank of tri-county. The group's lending activities include residential and commercial real estate loans, construction loans, loan acquisition and development loans, equipment financing and commercial and consumer demand and installment loans. The deposit services provided by the group are regular savings, money market deposit, demand deposit, ira and sep accounts, christmas club and certificate of deposit. Other services of the group include safe deposit boxes, travelers checks, night depositories, wire transfers, ATMs and telephone banking. The group operates through its main office and seven branches located in waldorf, bryans road, dunkirk, leonardtown, la plata, charlotte hall, and lexington park, Maryland.
