The group's principal activities are monitoring landfill and closure procedures, managing methane gas recovery operations and generating electricity using methane gas. The group's operations consist of two segments namely, electricity generation and environmental services. The electricity generating facility consists of four generating units each capable of generating approximately 11,000 kwh per day at 85% capacity. Electricity generated is sold pursuant to a contract with a local utility that has two years remaining. The environmental services segment supervises and performs landfill monitoring and closure procedures and manages methane gas operations.
