The company owns natural gas pipeline system extending from Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi and the gulf of Mexico through the states of Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania and New Jersey to the New York city metropolitan area. The pipeline system serves customers in Texas and eleven southeast and Atlantic seaboard states including major metropolitan areas in Georgia, North Carolina, New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The customers of the company include public utilities and municipalities, which provides services to residential, commercial, industrial and electric generation end users.
