On 01-Mar-2004, the group acquired Skyprops 157 (PTY) Ltd, 51% of Smartphone SP (PTY) Ltd, Stand 13 Eastwood Road Dunkeld (PTY) Ltd & 52% of Ithuba Smartcall (PTY) Ltd.
