The group's principal activity is to provide employment related services. These services are provided in two segments. The medical staffing segment provides temporary and permanent staffing for medical imaging professionals and nurses with hospitals, clinics and therapy centers. The payroll services segment provides payroll services such as preparation of payroll checks, filing of payroll taxes, government reports, w-2's and remote processing to its clients in the construction industry. The group disposed its professional employer organization segment in fiscal 2003.
