The group's principal activities are to sell, develop, market and distribute consumer deodorant breath products, animal deodorant breath products and soft drink products. The group is a development stage company. Prior to 2002, the group was engaged in exploring, acquiring and developing mineral properties through its wholly owned subsidiary. During 2001, the group allowed the option on its mineral property to lapse and began to investigate other business opportunities.
