The group operates through two reportable segments: financial services & transaction processing services. Financial services segment provides commercial banking services including commercial, financial, agricultural and real estate loans & retail banking services, including accepting customary time & demand deposits. The other services offered under this segment include safe deposit services, automated banking services, automated fund transfers transaction processing segment provides electronic payment processing services including consumer, debit, commercial , retail and stored value card processing and related services as well as student loan processing. During 2004, the group acquired peoples Florida banking corporation, trust one bank & clarity payment solutions inc.
