The group's principal activity is to design, develop, manufacture and market integrated circuits to telecommunications, instrumentation and electronic industries. The group uses state-of-the-art high voltage dmos, hvcmos and hvbicmos analog and mixed signal technologies to produce semiconductor products. These semiconductor products act as an interface between the low-voltage computer logic signal and the high voltage requirements. Microtek inc is the major customer of the group. The group markets through direct sales personnel, independent sales representatives and distributors in the United States and abroad. The group provides wafer foundry services for the manufacture of integrated circuits for customers using customer-owned designs and mask toolings. The semiconductor products of the group are sold in North America, Europe and the Pacific Rim.
