The group's principal activities are to provide oilfield services and equipment to oil and gas companies. The group offers well intervention, marine, environmental, field management, and wireline services. Products of the group include housing accessories, living quarters, drilling tools, pressure control equipment, and computer-based data acquisition and monitoring products. The rental tools segment manufactures, sells and rents specialized equipment for use in oil and gas well drilling. In October 2006 the company acquired Houston-based Warrior Energy Services Corp. The group mainly operates in the Gulf of Mexico and has rental tool operations in Venezula, Trinidad, Canada and United Kingdom.
