The group's principal activity is to provide spa services. The group also develops and markets beauty products, which are sold at its facilities and at third party retail outlets. It owns and operates three post-secondary schools comprised of a total of seven campuses located in Florida, Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania. The group offers degrees in massage therapy and skin care. These schools train and qualify spa professionals for health and beauty positions within the group or other industry entities. The group markets its services and products to cruise passengers and at luxury resort and day spas primarily in the United States, the Caribbean, the pacific, Asia and Mexico. As on 26-Feb-2004, the group served 109 cruise ships representing 17 cruise lines, and operated 63 resort spas and two day spas.
