The group's principal activity is to provide parking facilities management services in urban markets and at airports. It provides on-site management services at multi-level and surface parking facilities for all major markets of the parking industry. The group operates its clients' parking properties through two types of arrangements: management contracts and leases. As of Mar 31, 2004, it operated 84% of its locations under management contracts and 16% under leases. The group manages parking facilities in over 275 cities across 42 states and the district of columbia in the United States and three provinces in Canada. It became publicly held on 27-May-2004.
