The group's principal activity is to manufacture and distribute replaced parts of motor vehicles. The group operates in two divisions: the engine management and the temperature control. The engine management division consists primarily of ignition and emission parts, on-board computers, ignition wires, battery cables and fuel system parts. The temperature control division consists primarily of air conditioning compressors, other air conditioning parts and heater parts. The group's customers include carquest and napa auto parts, advance auto parts, autozone and o'reilly automotive. On 03-Feb-2004, the group acquired dana corporation's Canadian engine management business.
