The group provides of memory stacking solutions for systems and applications such as servers, workstations, high-end computing platforms and networking equipment. The products are distributed directly to large original equipment manufacturers, such as cisco systems, dell, hewlett-packard, IBM, intel and sun microsystems. The groups major semiconductor, memory module and contract manufacturing customers include celestica, infineon, kingston, micron and smart modular. Celestica and smart modular are supply-chain partners of IBM and hewlett-packard. On 21-Aug-2003, the group acquired staktek corporation, which is the predecessor company.
