The group operates in four segments: exploration and production, natural gas distribution, marketing and transportation and other. The exploration and production segment explores, develops and produces natural gas and crude oil, with operations located in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, and Louisiana. The natural gas distribution segment distributes and transmits natural gas to residential, commercial and industrial customers in northern Arkansas. Marketing and transportation segment provides marketing and transportation services. The other segment deals with commercial real estate operations.
