The group's principal activities are to develop, manufacture and market technology-based products for the gaming industry. The group operates two reportable segments namely, utility products and entertainment products. Utility products include shufflers, chip sorting machines and ITS product lines. Entertainment products include proprietary table games, table master products and shuffle up. Utility products segment accounted for 56.7% of fiscal 2005 revenues, entertainment products for 43.1% and other products segment for 0.2%.
