The group's principal activities are to provide comprehensive services to the power, process, and environmental and infrastructure industries. The group operates through three segments: engineering, construction and maintenance (ecm) segment provides project-related services, including design, engineering, construction, procurement, maintenance, technology and consulting services. Environmental and infrastructure segment provides services that include the identification of contaminants in soil, air and water and design and execution of remedial solutions. Fabrication, manufacturing and distribution segment provides integrated piping systems and services for new construction, site expansion and retrofit project for industrial plants. It also manufactures and distributes stainless, alloy and carbon steel pipe fittings. The group operates primarily in the United States, Canada, the Asia/Pacific Rim, Europe, South America and the Middle East.
