The group operates in two segments: information management and safety and security. The information management segment includes Internet remote print suite of software products and interactive Web-based technologies. The safety and security segment sells the biovault (TM), a secure safe intended for personal firearms that uses fingerprint recognition technology to open instead of a traditional key. On 03-May-2003 the group acquired smart biometrics inc , on 01-Jun-2003 telepartners inc and fingerprint detection technologies inc on 11-Sep-2003.
