The group's principal activity is to provide network facilities and services for synchronous wireless broadband applications. These services include distance learning, live news coverage, remote video surveillance, emergency field services and on site progress monitoring. The group operates through two divisions. Application division includes application development, broadband network operation, delivery of value added applications and services, sale of devices that utilize broadband networks and the sale of biometric security devices. Material handling division includes industrial moving, packing and unpacking industrial equipment, land transportation and secured logistics, as well as the sale, rental and servicing of material handling equipment. The group has operations in Malaysia and the United States of America. On 09-Dec-2003, the group acquired 80% interest in asiaco material handling, 67% interest in asiaco logistic and 60% interest in asiaco services.
