The group's principal activity is to develop, manufacture and market systems called video storage servers. The group operates in three segments namely broadband systems, broadcast systems and services. The broadband systems segment includes digital advertising and video-on-demand products, that digitally manage, store and distribute digital video for cable system operators and telecommunications companies. The broadcast systems segment includes products for the storage, archival, on-air playback of advertising and other video programming for the broadcast television industry. The service segment includes installation, training, product maintenance and technical support for the other segments. Major customers of the group are cable system operators, broadcast and telecommunications companies.
