The group's principal activity is to own and operate a chain of casual dining restaurants. The menu focused by this chain of restaurants is the gourmet burger, which is made of beef, chicken, veggie, pot roast, pork, fish and turkey and serve in various recipes. The group offers a wide selection of toppings for these burgers inclusive of fresh guacamole, roasted green chilies, honey mustard dressing, grilled pineapple, crispy onion straws, sauteed mushrooms and a choice of six different cheeses. The group also offers salads, soups, appetizers, other entrees such as carnitas fajitas and pastas, desserts and non-alcoholic beverages. The group currently owns and operates 118 restaurants in 14 states with an additional 107 restaurants operating under franchise or license agreements in 22 states and two Canadian provinces.
