The group’s principal activity is in the business of the acquisition, and exploration of mineral properties with a view to exploiting any mineral deposits. In April 2005, the group acquired the mining rights to two claims collectively known as the Big Mike Border Gold property located in the Skeeena Mining District of British Columbia, Canada. The group operates from the United States and Canada.
