The group operates and franchises 239 restaurants, including 194 longhorn steakhouse restaurants, 17 the capital grille restaurants and 26 bugaboo creek steak house restaurants, as well as two additional restaurants, hemenway's seafood grille & oyster bar and the old grist mill tavern. Longhorn steakhouse restaurants are casual dining, full-service establishments serving both lunch and dinner.
