Business Information
The group's principal activities are to design, develop and market semiconductor memory and integrated products. The group, primarily has two product lines namely, ferroelectric nonvolatile random access memory products (fram) and enhanced dynamic random access memory (dram). Fram technology integrates ferroelectric materials with standard semiconductor chip design and manufacturing technology to provide nonvolatile memory products which are applicable to digital cameras, smart cards, utility meters, set-top boxes, optical networks, security systems, home and office electronics and industrial controls. Dram products address the access and retrieval speed limitations of conventional drams and the high costs and high power requirements associated with high-speed static random access memory. The group markets its products through both direct, retail and e-commerce sales channels.
