The group's principal activities are to produce titanium mill products and fabricated metal parts. The group conducts business in two segments: titanium group and the fabrication and distribution group. The titanium group melts and produces a complete range of titanium mill products, which are further processed by its customers for use in a variety of aerospace and industrial applications. The fabrication and distribution group's products are used primarily in the aerospace, oil and gas, geothermal energy production and chemical process industries, and a number of other industrial applications. The fabrication and distribution group also operates a number of distribution centers specializing in high temperature and corrosion resistant alloys including titanium, stainless steel and nickel-based products. The group operates in the United States, England, France and Korea.
