It owns and operates terminal facilities in Texas, the United States and in Tamaulipas, Mexico, as well as approximately 23 miles of pipelines, which connect these facilities. The primary market of this company's LPG is the northeastern region of Mexico, which includes the sates of Coahuila, Nuevo Leon, and Tamaulipas. The company was a wholly owned subsidiary of Penn Octane until September 30, 2004, when Penn Octane completed a series of transactions involving the transfer of substantially all of its owned pipeline and terminal assets in Texas and Matamoros, Mexico and certain immaterial liabilities to the Rio Vista Operating Partnership L.P.
