The group's principal activity is to market and distribute medical products through two segments namely, physician supply and elder care. The physician supply business distributes medical supplies, equipment and pharmaceuticals. These products are distributed to office-based physicians who specialize in family practice, general practice, internal medicine and pediatrics. Elder care business provides consistent and reliable service to the long-term and elder care industry. The products offered include medical supplies, incontinent supplies and personal care items, enteral feeding supplies and other supplies required by the long-term care patient. The group distributes all the products through its 46 full service distribution centers located in the United States of America. In 2003 there was a positive growth in revenue which was impacted by the advantage club, rx-extreme and can-do which focus on consumable products, pharmaceutical products and equipment.
