The group's principal activities are to design, develop and manufacture on-site electricity generation systems utilizing proton exchange membrane fuel cells for stationary applications. A fuel cell is an electrochemical device that combines hydrogen and oxygen from the air to produce electric power without combustion. The initial product of the company is a fully integrated, grid parallel 5-kilowatt fuel cell system that operates on natural gas. This initial product is being marketed to a select number of customers, including utilities, government entities and the group's distribution partners, ge fuel cell systems llc and dte energy technologies inc.
