The group's principal activities are to develop, manufacture and market high-performance electronic display systems. It offers a wide variety of displays and display systems in a range of resolutions, formats, viewing areas and technologies. The products offered include proprietary electroluminescent flat-panel displays, active matrix liquid crystal displays and passive matrix liquid crystal display. The products are used in a wide variety of medical, industrial, transportation, communication and other applications. The major customers of the group include philips, marconi, datex ohmeda, ge medical, datascope, tokheim, sun microsystems, kodak, allen bradley and dell computer systems. The group acquired dome imaging systems inc in fiscal 2002.
