The group's principal activity is to franchise and distribute food to a system of restaurants operating under the trade name "Pizza Inn". Pizza inn system consists of 427 units, including three company operated units and 411 franchised units. These units are currently located in 20 states and 10 foreign countries. These restaurants offer pizzas with variety of toppings, pasta, salads, sandwiches, desserts and beverages including beer and wine in certain locations. Full service restaurants offer dine-in and carry-out services and also offers delivery services in most cases.
