The group's principal activities are to produce and distribute prepared and fresh chicken products. The products include both prepared and fresh chicken and turkey in the United States and exclusively produce fresh chicken in Mexico. Through vertical integration, the group controls breeding, hatching and growing of chickens and turkeys. Prepared chicken products include portion-controlled breast fillets, tenderloins and strips, delicatessen products, frankfurters, salads, formed nuggets and patties and bone-in chicken parts. Wendy's, stouffers and walmart are the major customers of the group. The products of the group are marketed in Canada, Mexico, eastern Europe and the Far East.
