The group's principal activity is to acquire, explore, develop and produce natural gas and crude oil. The exploration and development of oil and gas producing trends are conducted in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Kansas. In addition, the group has international operations in west queensland, Australia on the ethabuka structure. On 31-Dec-2003, it owned interests in 218 wells in the mid continent, Texas and Louisiana regions and drilled and completed 28 gross wells. These interests had a net proven reserve of 18.3 billion cubic feet of gas equivalent consisting of 14.7 billion cubic feet of natural gas and 608.6 million barrels of oil. The group's major clients include duke energy, allegro investments and ip petroleum (pure).
