The group has operations in the United States, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Ireland, luxembourg and Belgium. The group acquired acquired soza & company ltd, vision healthsource India private limited and vision healthsource inc in 2003. On 19-Dec-2003, the group acquired hcl technologies' shares in hps.
