The group's principal activity is to broadcast nostalgic sports film and ethnic broadcasting. The nostalgic sports division offers a programming format that features both college and professional sports, as well as various international sports competitions. These competitions emphasize on the more popular sports such as baseball, football, basketball, hockey and boxing. The new ethnic broadcasting division has been in development. As of 31-Dec-2003, the group owned approximately 5,000 hours of vintage sports film with negotiations in process to acquire in excess of an additional 2,500 hours of footage. On 19-Sep-2003 the group acquired pacificap entertainment inc. It is a development stage company.
