The group's principal activity is to manufacture specialized printing papers. The products are classified into four segments: engineered products consist of engineered paper products designed for pressure sensitive postage stamps, disposable medical garments, playing cards and digital inkjet applications. Long-fiber and overlay papers include a paper for tea bags and decorative laminates used for furniture, flooring and other commercial applications. Printing and converting paper products include papers for the production of high-quality hardbound books. The manufacturing facilities are located in spring grove, Pennsylvania and neenah, Wisconsin. The group operates in Germany, France and the Philippines. The group discontinued wisches, France subsidiary in 2003.
