The group's principal activity is to operate restaurants in the United States under the names, p. F. Chang's China bistro and pei wei Asian diner. These restaurants serve food and beverages that feature traditional Chinese cuisine and American hospitality in a contemporary bistro setting. The menu includes flavors and styles of the five major culinary regions of China namely: canton, hunan, mongolia, shanghai and szechwan. The menu consists of dishes such as chang's spicy chicken, orange peel beef, peking dumplings, chicken in soothing lettuce wrap, szechwan-style long beans and dan dan noodles.
