The group's principal activity is to design, manufacture and sell consumer apparel products. It operates through the following divisions: menswear group, womenswear group and tommy bahoma group. Menswear produces branded and private label dress shirts, sport shirts, dress slacks, casual slacks, suits, sportscoat etc . Womenwear produces private label women's sportswear, outwear, dresses and swimwear. Tommy bahoma group produces lifestyle branded casual attire, operates retail stores and restaurants and licenses its brands for accessories, footwear, furniture and other products. The customers include chain stores, mail order, catalog firms, department and specialty stores. Company-owned manufacturing facilities are located in Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America and Asia.
