The group’s principal activity is engaged in the business of acquiring interests in resource properties in the hope of locating reserves. The group’s property interests are in the exploration stage only. In February 2006, the group had incurred net acquisition and exploration with respect to its Sabodala Property in Senegal. The group operates from Argentina, Brazil, Senegal and Canada.
