The group operates in three segments: license and networking, customer support and service. The group acquired centrinity inc on 01-Nov-2002, corechange inc on 26-Feb-2002 and eloquent inc on 20-Mar-2003. License and networking accounted for 43% of fiscal 2002 revenues; customer support, 32% and service, 25%.
