The group's principal activities are to provide Internet banking, electronic bill payment and marketing infrastructure that enable the clients to provide their customers with end-to-end Internet channel functionality and a high quality user experience. The customers of the group are primarily regional and community-based depository financial institutions. In 2003, the groups provided services to approximately 841,000 customers of 633 client financial institutions. The group's clients choose one of two primary product lines: full service, which includes a suite of Internet banking, bill payment, call center and other support services, or stand-alone bill payment and presentment services. The group provides a single source, fully integrated solution through quotiensm e-financial suite of services, which enables depository financial institutions to offer the breadth of financial services needed to remain competitive and earn profit from their Internet channel.
