The group operates through two business segments: energy supply and electric utility. The energy supply segment produces, gathers, processes, transports, markets and stores natural gas and natural gas liquids in Oklahoma, Arkansas and west Texas and also provides services related to natural gas, electric power and energy. The electric utility segment generates, transmits, distributes and sells electric energy in 270 communities and their contiguous rural and suburban areas in Oklahoma and western Arkansas.
