In Oct 1995 the company began manufacturing and marketing systems for chemical mechanical polishing. The company has since expanded its product offering to include systems designed for chemical vapor deposition. The company has four wholly owned subsidiaries in the usa, Japan, Taiwan and the Netherlands. These are engaged in marketing activities and provide technical support to customers.
